I have been a qualified lawyer since 2008.
I am currently Chairman of Metropolitana 4 of Milan, Chairman of Viride Group (operating in the renewable energy sector and parent company of Amalfitana Gas), and President of Cavese 1919 Football Club.
In the past I was the legal head of project finance at UBI Banca and previously worked in the
corporate&finance teams of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Gianni Origoni&Partners.

I am admitted to practice law both in the United States (New York Bar) and in Italy.
For over 15 years I have held roles in the top management of international institutional entities and
investors both on the investment and asset management side. I am currently the liquidator of Fingestioni SGR (after having been its CEO for a while), board member of Coldwell Banker Commercial Italia (Realty Advisory S.p.A.), non-executive Chairman of EHMA Hotel Management Ltd, board member of Viride Group as well as Vice Chairman of Cavese 1919 Football Club.
In the past I was responsible for the Proprietary Operations and Real Estate of Intrum Italy, Deputy General Manager of Aquileia Capital (Bain Capital Credit Group) as well as director of several real estate vehicles set up to reposition the underlying real estate collateral on the market.
I worked as a business lawyer for Shearman&Sterling and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and as a tax lawyer for Ernst&Young
